Strawberries!


It's strawberry season once again (that is, here in the Phils.) and I just bought a kilo of big, red juicy berries from a recent Baguio trip. What should I do with them? Strawberry sponge cake? Macerate? Strawberry pie? Or just eat them as they are with cream and brown sugar? Hmmmn.
